Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be requested within 30 daysof delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Swimwear and beachwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Before shipment: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • After shipment: Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return once the package is received, following our return policy guidelines.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refunds Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will resolve it promptly.
